Under overskriften "Stress management versus cognitive restructuring in trauma-affected refugees—A pragmatic randomized" study konkluderes følgende fra studiet:
- There was no difference in PTSD when comparing stress management with cognitive restructuring in trauma-affected refugees
- A small advantage was found in favour of stress management in observer-rated anxiety.
- When evaluating the treatment effect in trauma-affected refugees it is important to have access to data describing the specific study sample, such as comorbidities and duration of stay in the new country.
