Approaches to mental health

kursus 54

Are you interested in joining an inspiring and exploratory class where we dive deeper into both
new and established approaches to mental health? Then this course is for you!

In this short, introductory course, we will explore topics such as:
• can we view mental health challenges from perspectives other than the biomedical
approach, i.e., beyond just diagnoses?
• can focus on personal responsibility and struggling with recovery lead to stress, and how
can we avoid this?
• how can we strengthen our own or others’ independence, means of action and rights?

To explore these questions, we use engaging teaching methods that promote active
participation, creating practical new insights relevant to you, whether you are a patient, carer,
or professional.

Whether you have prior knowledge
of recovery or are simply curious about the topic, this
course is designed for you.
The course consists of a single 2½-hour session.
